REIKI CAN HELP...
Reiki was started in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui, in the early 1900's. Reiki means universal life energy that flows through all things.
Reiki Treatments are usually one hour in duration. The client remains clothed. Reiki treatments are given on a massage table but can be administered in a chair or bed when necessary. The Reiki practitioner uses their hands to deliver energy and improve the flow and balance of the client's energy to support healing. The Reiki practitioner's hands either lightly touch or hover over the body in specific energy locations during the session.
Client's report feeling deeply relaxed, as well as feeling an over-all sense of peace and well-being.
After each Reiki session, Linda teaches different relaxation and holistic Energy Medicine techniques to help keep the body in balance.
